La Sala Plena se pronuncia sobre las generalidades del trámite del recurso de súplica, especialmente cuando el rechazo se funda en la existencia de la cosa juzgada constitucional.
Al encontrar que en el escrito presentado por el demandante para soportar la súplica, no se logró demostrar la existencia de un yerro o una arbitrariedad en la decisión atacada, la Sala Plena decide confirmar el auto de rechazo.

- CONFIRMAR el auto del 20 de marzo de 2015, proferido por la magistrada Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado dentro del expediente D-10646, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por Camilo Araque Blanco contra el articulo 12 (parcial) de la Ley 1437 de 2011.
